Steve came highly recommended for all the repairs after the hail damage we experienced. Steve was professional, honest, reasonable, and worked directly with my insurance company. He was detailed on what work that was going to be done and kept us in loop during the entire process The finished product has exceeded my expectations! We have received many compliments from neighbors and even the mailman! We highly recommend him and will use him for any future projects.

Job well done, the end product is beautiful. Steve was a great guy to work with. Prefer 4.5, but not given the option. UPDATE-months after I left this review, I began to learn of shotty work done. We didn't pass our city inspection until the 3rd re-check. Work I paid for wasn't done, materials not used that I paid for. Thankful for good City of Arvada inspectors who caught it as I, a layman, didn't know what was missing. Steve became less easy to work with and it honestly became a source of stress. I would NO LONGER recommend this company.

Steve was quick to arrive in the neighborhood to assist where he could with temporary skylight repairs after the recent hailstorm in Louisville. He was on site when we had our Allstate inspector reviewing the storm damage. I'm sure Steve's presence, experience, and professionalism enabled us to recover the maximum possible claim payment from Allstate. The roof damage was considerable after the June 18-19 big hail storm in Loiusville. Severy Creek was there the next morning to help me. Steve is the owner and knew the scope of the damage. It was much more than the roof. Steve knows this business and I have known him for 25 years. Reliable, honest, and so helpful especially when the insurance guys came around. This is a very competitive marketplace. Steve gave me the needed assurances that the repairs would be excellent.

Steve went above and beyond when he replaced my roof. He found damages that my insurance company missed when they inspected it for hail damage. He handled everything from start to finish with dealing with my insurance. He also replaced a few things that insurance wouldn't cover. Great communication with him. He would even answer on Sundays. Roof looks awesome and no more leaks due to the previous company that did my roof before. Would recommend to family and friends. A+ from start to finish. Thanks Steve!
