Our house was one of the many that needed a new roof due to hail damage. Wayne Jr's was on time and in contact during the entire process, from initial inspection, bid, and getting the job complete. The crew was courteous and left behind no damage or debris. A few months after the roof replacement our area was again hit with a damaging wind storm. I contacted Wayne Jr's as a precaution to have the roof inspected for any damage as many people lost their entire roofs again. They returned my call the same day, got us scheduled and were out to inspect and address any issues. This was all during a time that local social media and word on the street was everyone else venting and frustrated with other contractors that would no show on appointments, would not return calls, and would not complete projects. I contacted Wayne Jr's from a word of mouth recommendation and I would certainly pass along that recommendation as well.

Never returns phone calls. I have called multiple times and left messages... only to never hear back.

Service was beyond my standards!
