Re-roofing your house can be a stressful. This company will add to that stress. We are currently waiting for the completion of our roof six months after the install manager signed off on it being done. The incompetence of the actual installers was not picked up on and as such they never added the vented ridge cap or left air intakes at the bottom. After bringing this to their attention three months ago, we still haven’t heard of when they will be back and he will not return my calls. This is just the last issue in a long line of issues that came up: they left the roof improperly covered during a weekend and cause severe damage to furniture and house from a rainstorm. Upon pointing this out, he minimized the problem and wouldn’t hear concerns otherwise. He was actually quite condescending to my wife and I believe that if you are a woman dealing with this individual you will not be taken seriously. I took over the conversation with him from my wife because of this. Also, the roof leaked from an improper install around the chimney and skylight. Getting anybody to address it was a painstaking task. The chimney was eventually addressed (after weeks of leaking and phone calls) and the skylight is still not properly finished. More damages, more obfuscation, minimizing and denial. I never knew when roofers were going to show up, never knew when they were leaving. The sent two very young men to do a huge roof, they were exhausted and frazzled in the end as they were in over their heads. This was a four man job and they sent two inexperienced, and as it turns out, incompetent young men.. Not cool. My choices now are to expect something different from them or file a lawsuit. Bummer.
