We were guaranteed delivery of polycarb sheets and fasteners on the Tuesday - but the fasteners didn't arrive so we phoned the company - were told the supplier left them in Hamilton, but they would deliver them the next day same time as sheets were delivered prior. On Wednesday, still no fasteners by 4pm (later than delivery on Tues) so we phoned company again. Spoke to the Manager - he was very rude and said there was nothing he could do as he has already phoned the driver and they should be on their way sometime. So we have now run out of our available time this week to fasten the sheets we needed up by the weekend for our daughter's party. Terrible customer service - would never deal with again.
