After receiving a recommendation from a neighbor and seeing the work that Tom and his crew did for them, we decided to get an estimate for a roof replacement. Tom was great to work with. He worked with our insurance company to facilitate the process, met the adjuster and when it came time for the installation, his crew completed the work in a day and a half. He came out after the job was finished to take care of a minor blemish with one of the shingles- it took him less than 10 minutes to repair. Overall, we are very pleased with the attention to detail, timely follow-up and consistent and honest communication that Tom and M4 provided. I'd recommend them to anyone needing roof and gutter repair services. Thanks!

My experience with M4 Roofing has been exceptional! This company was exceedingly pleasant to work with when I scheduled for them to come out and fix my roof from the hail damage.  They were punctual and completed the job as scheduled. They also were very understanding about pending payments from insurance, and when I had to pay them myself, they worked with me more than I ever expected from a roofing company. They were very considerate on every level and understand that life happens. I would highly recommend M4 Roofing & Gutters to anyone that wants excellent service as well as having the job done quickly and correctly.

First off, I should have written this review much sooner. I just want to express my thanks to Tom Grimm and his team. They worked with me to explain the process of getting my roof replaced last summer. In June, 2018, we had a very bad hailstorm come through our town, and I ended up selecting M4 based on meeting with Tom. He worked with me through the entire process. The workers showed up when they expected, they cleaned the area thoroughly, and were professional the whole time. Tom made a nerve-wracking experience go smoothly. I even recommended him to two of my friends, and the three of us would have conference calls with Tom, and he patiently and thoroughly answered our questions. I would totally work with Tom and his group if I ever need a new roof (hopefully not in the near future). I would recommend this roofer, and I don't often write reviews. Thanks Tom for working with us and getting us through the process.

Top marks to the whole M4 team. Getting a roof and gutters replaced at this time of the year posed it's own set of challenges which they overcame with flying colors. All of their work was 1st class. Their being able to work with our insurance company saved us a lot of worry and time. Highly recommend M4 for their roof and gutter work.

I would use M4 again. Omar was just wonderful. He made sure the jobs were done correctly and to code. He worked with us to get everything completed on time and in accordance with our schedules. Definite 5 Stars!
