Josh has done several projects for me and has done a high quality job on everything he has done. Also, Josh has been absolutely the best contractor that I have ever dealt with. He has always done every job in a timely manner, been highly professional, very respectful, clean and courteous. I would highly recommend this man. He is not racist as I am Latino and he has always treated me with respect. He has also had a few Hispanic workers that were very respectful and great full towards Josh for their employment.

Josh and his crew recently did a total exterior remodel for me.......Siding, Gutters, Roof and paint. Throughout the entire process, Josh was in constant communication with me and was very keen on making sure that the job was completed with great care and attention to details. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to exterior remodels and did a fantastic job ensuring that my roof and siding will protect my house from the elements for many years. If I ever had a concern, he was quick to respond. Josh and his crew were also very cognizant of the fact that while they were completing the work, there was a family living inside the project area and he made sure to keep his work area safe and clean (something that I appreciated immensely). My wife and I are both very pleased with new look of our house and can certainly recommend Josh Brooks Construction and Renovation.

I needed a repair on a flip house I was working on. The roof needed minor work from a removal of solar panels. Josh came in, gave me a reasonable bid and did the work right on the spot! He was very professional and worked quickly! Will hire him again for work in the future!

I have 8 rentals and Josh is my guy for just about anything I need. I like that I can count on him to respond to issues that I have quickly and I completely trust him to find the most economical solution to the problem.
