Aspen Group completed our exterior paint project in 2018 for our 600 unit community. Normally a project this large, would result in numerous resident complaints, several change orders, and lack of communication from the vendor. However, our experience was the complete OPPOSITE! Their team, provided flyers with updates to our residents and were extremely upfront regarding the project and the needs of the community. I never had a vendor who actually work towards the benefit of our residents and employees. We have become an Aspen Group believer and will continue to use them for projects in the future.

Aspen did a very large multi-family project for us (1,600 units $2M+) and they did an amazing job for us. Had the manpower and supervision to get the job done correctly and on time. They went above and beyond for us and when we added additional scope to their contract, they didn't take advantage and up-charge the change orders.
