We found Jim's company online, and were impressed with his reviews. It's always scary to trust a home improvement project to a complete stranger. From beginning to end, Jim was personable, honest, and professional. He always communicated in a timely fashion, and came and checked in twice, while our roof was being put on. Jim was fantastic in getting our wood shake roof replaced and installing new gutters. He was willing to work with us on price until we were satisfied, which was very much appreciated for a family on a budget! He was so friendly and honest and truly made sure everything was done up to our standards (which isn’t easy since we are pretty picky :). Thanks, Jim!!

We initially used Jim to replace our roof in Oct 2019, and he was great to work with. Very customer oriented and takes pride in doing a good job. When the shingles were on back order, Jim searched and eventually found a supplier who had them in stock so he could get the job done on time. We were also glad that he dealt with the insurance company directly, and was very reasonably priced for the extra work we wanted (installing new skylights). We were so satisfied with the roof installation, we subsequently contracted with Jim to paint the house in Nov 2018.

Jim at High Performance Construction and his crew did another outstanding job on my house. This time I needed my roof redone after our recent hail storms and as usual Jim gave me what I felt was the best price for the job and material I requested since I also required new sheeting be done also on the entire roof. Jim got my House loaded up quick and his crew out in a very timely manner. The Job was done quick and cleaned up nicely. As always I would highly recommend High Performance Construction for any home project needs Interior or Exterior. I will be calling on Jim for another project I need done in the spring for the interior of my home. I believe Jim's pricing is very fair and competitive
