I was very impressed by Will McNamee’s commitment to do a roof inspection for myself and other clients after a hail storm. He is knowledgeable and he is very trustworthy. The process was smooth, timely and the work was 100% quality. Finally someone with customer service skills that is consistent with follow ups and updates! He is always willing to help with questions and he follows up with my referrals always which is hard to find!! Would not recommend another company.

After a hail storm unlike any I have seen in 24 yrs. I talked to Isiah and let him know I was not in the position to replace the roof (insurance was not going to cover it), but he still sent someone to inspect and seal issues on the roof. This was at no charge or obligation. The next day Loren showed to inspect and seal any issues he found. He was thorough, very Knowledgeable and I did not feel he hurried anything. He let me know the issues I had and what he had sealed to help me get by. Never did I feel they were trying to "sell" me a roof. I had to ask for a quote so as I can budget to it. I feel comfortable recommending Pachner just from my interactions with them. Where I am not able to do so at this time, I do plan to work them when I can. I would recommend at least giving them a call.

Joe did a great job handling our hail claim. He handled the claim with our insurance company and found and fixed things we didn't even see originally. When there were issues Joe resolved them to our satisfaction. He is trust worthy. He didn't hound us for money and worked with us as insurance and mortgage company processed the checks. The subs did quality work.

Pachner Exteriors was recommended to us by a friend after a hail storm. After replacing our roof the previous fall, we were looking for an honest assessment of any damage, not "another 'free' roof" that roofers canvasing the neighbor hood were trying to sell us on without even seeing our house. J.R. came over and gave us a straight forward evaluation, highlighting the little damage that was there and told us how we could even fix it ourselves if we didn't want to hire anyone. Overall, I will be calling Pachner after the next big storm or when we eventually need to replace the roof.

I was very cautious from horror stories of people getting ripped off from the hail damage and work being done inappropriately. They were very patient with all my concerns and did a fantastic job on our roof, gutters, and siding from the large hail storm. Would highly recommend.
