Duke's team answered our call right away, gave us an appointment the same week, and were professional, knowledgeable and friendly to work with in our house - thank you! Marco's team was able to help us get our stove & chimney cleaned quickly, and helped us out with installing a replacement chimney cap and repairing a cracked connector between the stove and the chimney in the same visit. I had a bunch of questions Marco was happy to answer about how our chimney was built and what to keep an eye on, and advice on using our stove.
