Wayne and his team saved my wife and I a small fortune, we had a couple of builders round to quote on the work we needed to alter a poor extension on the rear of our bungalow. Everybody said pull it down and start again. Wayne arranged for a structural engineer to look at the building he then came up with a plan to alter the building so that it complied with building regs. The end result was brilliant and the builder inspector even said to us that we had chosen one of the best local builders.
