I am beyond pleased with the service I received working with Storm Guard, specifically with Gustavo and his exceptional customer service. My home was impacted by the storm causing severe damages to my roof. A friend of mine recommended Gustavo and Storm Guard to me. He truly exceeded my expectations. He was professional in communication and extremely efficient. It’s challenging to find a company you can trust this day in age. I know when I proceed with my home project, I will only trust Storm Guard to complete the work.

The old adage of "you can't find good help these days" absolutely fit this company to a T. They are essentially general contractors who use private individuals/companies to do the work so there is a certain amount of lack of culpability as all they have to do is simply blame it on them but I don't let them off because of this. I had a lot of work done after a big hailstorm and nearly everything that was done screwed something up on my house. The roofers were the worst, followed by the gutter installers. There were parts of the "new" roof that appeared worse than when the hail hit. So much so that they had to redo a portion. I walked on the roof after completion and found at least a dozen nails strewn about. Gutter installers dropped a large section of the old gutter onto my 3 year old new deck and gouged the composite in several places. They were never able to repair this as the deck company they use is too busy to work on such a small job so it was left to me to deal with. They knocked off a couple of hundred but I would have much rather had them NOT screw it up to begin with as now the headache of finding someone to fix this is mine.

I have used Stormguard on two different Hale storm occasions. I have to say I received exceptional customer service from the field manager my second time with this company, each time that he came out to my home . Gustavo provided exceptional customer service and seem to be really concerned about the needs of his customers. Thank you so much I would definitely refer Gustavo in the future with Storm Guard.

We had a wonderful experience with Storm Guard. We had hail damage to our roof and siding as well as other items around the exterior of our home (grill cover, hot tub cover, patio furniture). Working with Storm Guard was a seamless experience from start to finish. All of their workers and employees were professional, timely, and polite and they communicated with us each step of the way. We now have a new roof and siding and Storm Guard even helped us submit everything to our insurance company (including the other items that we replaced outside) and took care of so much of the back end paperwork for us with insurance so we didn't have to. Cannot speak highly enough about these guys!
