First American Roofing and Home Improvements were contracted to fix rotted siding and improper flashing on my chimney before I moved in. Upon getting a second opinion from a proper contractor, it was revealed that the rotted siding was simply painted over and that no flashing work had been completed, it had only been poorly caulked. None of the work was actually "completed", therefore I think it's fair to say that this business is a scam artist. Upon touching the "repaired" chimney siding, it completely crumbled. See pictures for receipt/proof of work, proof of crumbling and the poor caulking job. Paid work and nearly no work completed. Stay away.
