I paid Mr. Loy $100.00 in October 2018 to install one piece of vinyl siding on the side of my house, and also tighten up some of the other sidings. That same vinyl siding is hanging off my house as of January 26th 2019. It was not a big job, just a 10-12 foot piece of siding. I have left messages, but they have not responded to texts or phone calls, but yet in October he was adamant that I give him a good review. This has been less than six months; Consumers be aware!

Satisfied Customer From start to finish, my experience with O and M construction was pleasant. The initial roof inspection, survey, and estimate that included a detailed explanation of work to be completed and warranties. Once the contract was signed, was notified in just over a week for an upcoming installation date. Roof tear down and replacement was all completed in one day, including several areas where plywood sheeting had to be replaced due to prior water damage. The crew did a great job protecting surrounding plants and clean up. Due to shorten days now, the crew also came back the following morning for a final check and clean up with better light.
