They did exactly as they said they would do. They showed when they said, started work when they said they would, and finished as promised. I own a commercial building with important tenants, they were respectful of the tenants, respectful of the tenant needing to do business during the project. Cleaned up the area upon completion. Scott Smith Roofing did a great job roofing my wife's mother's home. We are from out of state and coordinated with the ladies in the office to do the work while we were in town. The crew showed up on the day they were scheduled and went to work. Any questions or concerns we had were handled quickly and efficiently. I was surprised by the amount of paperwork and the number of inspections required by the county, but the company took care of all of it. At the end of the project, we got a summary of the materials that were used as well as the warranty information. The final bill was for the same amount as the quote--no hidden charges. We would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you for working with us on this project!
