Probably one of the best roofing contractors I've ever had work on any of my houses after all the different people try to fix the leak Ryan was the only guy that could actually fix it thank you so much I would highly recommend him to anybody if you're looking for a simple repair or even a new roof I appreciate it thank you

Thanks to Ryan for coming over and fix the roof leak. I will monitor the fix for any future leaks and will not hesitate to call Ryan again. The man knows what is doing!!! Thumbs up!.
Called Ryan Friday said he'd be out Monday to look at my roof to fix a leak . Monday came was 2 so I called to see if was still coming he said yes still early ok so waited at 430 he called said not going to make it can he come Tuesday. Yes so waited all day Tuesday called again at 3 he said he was in marion oaks and would be here soon .. waited no show he called me at 430 again said he had to cancel can he do it Wednesday. I was getting upset but I said ok . So Wednesday I called him at 11am said I had lots to do today can he tell me he is definitely coming and a time .. he said he was at a job by the walmart market by on top of the world he had to go get a compressor drop it at job then he would be to me cause am 5 minutes from there .. ok waited 4 hours no show called him at 320 he said he was on a job that he had my # . So I asked him are you blowing me off cause im only a fix and you don't want smsll jobs cause you dhould of said that and I would of got someone else.. he said what your only a fix I thought you needed half a roof . So then hes like well Ill call you when and if I can .. they suck Go with THOMAS ROOFING they came out Thursday...yes next day and Jimmy had my roof fixed
I had a around the water heater roof vent which was difficult to find the source of. Ryan found that the source of the leak was a design defect in the vent cap. Ryan modified the cap and stopped the leak! Great Job. Tom Robson
