Whoever said they do not show up must not have been there at the scheduled time. They called the day before. They called the day of the appt and they were not only on time but they were early. Russell gave us an honest assessment of the problem. He has offered to meet with the inspector of the insurance company and not charge us anything at all for the time away he will be spending from his other jobs. No other roofer will ever show up without asking for $ for their time, no matter how little or how much time they spend. THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST!
