We wish to thank Mario Miranda and his hard-working crew from Miranda Construction Services for our new 130 MPH roof on our Laurel townhouse. Last fall Mario repaired a few damaged shingles from hurricane Sandy's visit and found and fixed a long-standing and elusive leak in a window frame that had defeated two or three less diligent contractors over the years. He impressed us then by mentioning the area of our roof, something we had recently calculated. He was spot on. Another contractor had given us a price nearly double Mario's some months before based on an roof area 75% greater than the actual size! So we developed instant confidence in Mario's proposal. Mario's crew replaced the old roof this spring (2013). The crew was quick and tidy. Some minor damage to a screen was immediately made good. The price was reasonable, as were the terms of the work contract. We therefore recommend Miranda Construction Services to our neighbors around Laurel, Maryland.
