Restoration Doctor is probably one of the most professional and responsive companies I have ever had to deal with. Dave and team was clean, efficient and easy to talk to. They were flexible and was able to work around my schedule. They went above and beyond what most companies would be willing to do. They coordinated with the plumber that they recommended and ensured that the job was done. I will definitely use them again the future and will definitely 100% recommend them to friends and family.

Needed help with mold removal/remediation. Dave was prompt, quick, helpful and professional. He would call to update, and would promptly text back with detailed explanations and would never have any issue explaining or re-explaining anything. Their pictures/progress report was also really helpful. Even weeks after business was done, he offered to come by and take down the containment area after I reached out to him. Had several brown spots on my ceiling caused by the excessive rainstorms in my area. Mold started to grow. Water was dripping longer than usual. My kids and I were afraid of the roof collapsing! Thank God for Restoration Doctor! They repaired each section of the ceiling, cleaning up the mold, and drying out the structure beneath the roof.
