They were a professional company. They did a great job with our new roof. They sent pictures of the whole process AND they were the cheapest of anyone I found. They made the whole process very easy.

These guys know what they are doing and stand behind their work. Ed had the best product information with pamphlets to help me make my decisions. They had the best prices and product that I was shopping for. I shopped 6 roofers. 2 never showed, the others just left me with a quote. No product pamphlets. Ed and his team are true professionals. This is company, and the people who run it, are the most professional I have ever dealt with. They put the customer service of other companies to shame. They were recommended to me by Bob Bender at Custom Home Rehab and I'm so happy that I selected them over the other roofing company I was considering. They were clean, neat, polite, responsive, and fast. They finished my roof in less than two days, had multiple supervisors checking the work and even recommended someone to install new gutters. I can't say enough about my interactions with Ed and everyone else there.

Very professional. They did everything they said they would do and in a timely manner. Clean up was excellent everyday.

I am in the process of filing suit against this company. They refuse to fix the damage caused by their faulty workmanship. They claim that the leak is coming from the wall which is 3 feet below the water stain. How absurd. They repaired the leak on the flashing of the roof but they claim that it was from another area. Michael Kappaz initially dismissed this over the phone without even looking at it. Even though his employee found a problem on the flashing. I would never recommend this company to anyone. This is my first review ever of any company but this is how strongly I feel about this.
