Was perfect ! Nice CUSTOMER service

I'm only giving 1star because I have to in order to give a review.. My husband is very familiar with roofing and all aspects of construction as he was licensed and certified in the state of Florida. So he is not your average homeowner. The first stage of our roof tear off was 2 days, when replacing some ply wood on our lanai one of the workers foot went thru my ceiling and there are now a dozen or more nail heads popping thru the textured ceiling, we called and text the photos to the job Forman , (also e-mailed) and we tried to reach out by the same way tr the salesman/manager and no reply. When the roofers laid the membrane it was all done wrong no Forman or manager would respond, we sent photos . The Forman sent out two young men to repair numerous issues on the membrane application, they had no clue how to fix it my husband had to show them how to do it and they didn't even have the correct nails/screws my husband had to supply the right ones. While my husband was on our roof overseeing the botched workmanship the salesman/manager was on a sales call 2homes from us (the nerve after numerous attempts to contact both him and the Forman, with No Response) so the work truck stayed in our drive way for 10 days and it was only used to fill on the 1st 2days, so they left this ugly dump truck which leaked oil and a white substance that resembles battery acid, in our driveway. Several attempts to contact someone to remove it failed. When they did move it the two employees were questioned on where there broom and cleaning tools were and they couldn't understand English.. so all this has been our 3rd week int this very frustrating roof replacement.. the metal roofers came and the material looked to be the only thing that the salesman/manager told the truth about, some of the metal was not done correctly we have not had anyone contact us no one has picked up left over 5 gal. tar bucket , cardboard box with scraps and Pallets that have been left in my front lawn for now 10 days, killing my lawn it is so unsightly, we live in a nice subdivision for this company to be so disrespectful, liars 🤥... We are so disappointed to be treated like this , if I could post photos here I would ..I have left out more bad workmanship details give you the gist of our situation!!I have "many" photos and videos of how badly this company has treated us. I hope that this helps someone else before there committed and before this will be removed from being posted..I do not recommend this company😡😡
