Jim's a great guy. Known him for years. He will do a wonderful job cleaning or repairing your gutters.

An elderly family member hired them for a gutter cleaning and tune up. They foolishly paid up front and the company did not show up on the agreed upon day. Instead they showed up 2 days later after multiple calls were made. To be blunt they were drunk. It was a very touchy situation where my elderly parents chose to not confront them (the "boss" James was cursing loudly at the other guy) and let them do the job. Under an hour later they had packed up and left. The mess that they left took over 2 hours to clean the filth off the siding and it looks like the gutters are loose now. You can see where the ladder touched the gutter and crushed them in. The water does not flow out of the down spouts now and must be addressed again before cold temperatures arrive, the standing mosquito water freezes and they fall (most likely causing more damage to the wood behind and below them). Stay clear of them. Thank the Lord there was not an accident since they are most likely not really insured.
