We live in an apartment complex that had our building reroofed. During this process they protected our front flowerbed with a plywood teepee, however they didn’t think the back flower bed with flowers, birdbath and feeder should be protected. Our birdbath got broken and flowers smashed more than one time. They were ready to make their ooops mistakes right. They covered the cost to replace birdbath and the flowers.
