Mark went over every single detail, and took his time to explain everything methodically. I was impressed with whole presentation he took a video of our old roof and you could see every detail. Joy Roofing Co is a very informative and sincere company. Quality Duration shingles, great 4 year labor warranty and then the 50 year from the factory. All others were 2 years, not long enough for the money. Waited 2 weeks as Mark is always busy installing, great install and clean up. Worth the wait and we love the experience. Feels like we are part of their family.
