This company was highly recommended by a neighbor who had the same roof repair done. Communication in the beginning was quick and easy and within a week I received an estimate for the job. However I’ve tried to schedule the repair for over a month with no luck. I’ve left messages with the answering service, emails/texts and multiple voicemails to Chuck with no response. Unfortunately, I had to start looking for estimate elsewhere.

oneway has worked for me in the past they did a good job. chuck has been my contact person. in the past few weeks i have left several phone messages with no return calls? also they have moved out of their offices and no where to be found. i would like to find them as i have a need for my roof to be repaired.

Terrible customer service and workmanship. Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all costs. They screen calls with an answering service. Office is always locked up and closed if you try to contact direct. Better hope they do the job right the first time. Do not know where any of these good reviews come from. Very unprofessional operation all around.
