Called several times for someone to come out and give a quote on replacing my roof. They were very polite on the phone but its now been three days and have not had the courtesy of a call. I have chosen another roofing team who also had a good rating, and came out, reviewed their services. We went ahead with a Roofing Company that was willing to do the work and customer service mattered.
