I had Altex replace the roof on my rental property and at the time I was so busy with work and personal matters that I did not have time to deal with insurance and contractors. I remember during the process my insurance company was not responding after multiple attempts and Patrick, the owner, personally got involved to move the process forward and within days I was paid and we were able to begin repairs. We chose Altex Remodeling to handle putting a new roof on our house in June, 2016. Patrick was there to help me when the insurance adjuster came out and inspect the roof for damage. He ensured that I was getting the right information and was able to help answer any questions that came up. Carla and her team quickly scheduled the roof replacement and before we knew it the work was done. No hassles and no mess. The work was professional and in a timely manner. In addition to the roof, they were able to paint the entire house for us and repair our chimney. Overall a terrific job! I would recommend their professionalism and expertise to anyone!

Wow!!!!! We are so glad we selected Altex Remodeling for our home repairs. We had a bad hail storm in 2016. They handled everything from dealing with the adjuster and the insurance company and they repaired everything in a timely manner. Communication was also great.
