We had so many ongoing issues with our tiled roof, but the folks at McRoof took great strides to fix all of them. When I made a call to them, they responded very quickly. They were able to connect us to a great gutter company and worked very closely with them to ensure our problems were solved. I would recommend these wonderful folks to everyone in need of repairs. They are responsive, take great pride in their work, and stand behind it as well. I would definitely use them again if ever needed.

After the big hailstorm in Carrollton, TX in June 2018, we needed roof work. We called McRoof because I heard about them on the radio talk shows I listen to. It was an excellent experience. They made the whole process smooth so that we didn't have to worry about anything. They really know what they're doing. Scotty is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He responded promptly every time we had a question (and we had a lot of them). He worked efficiently between us and our insurance claim adjuster. After the work was done, the owner came out and personally checked the work. And they kept following up with us several times after that. We would definitely recommend them, and we will certainly use them if we need more roof work.

The roof on my house was replaced a few months before my wife and I purchased our home. After experiencing a minor leak, my neighbor was able to provide the contact information for the roofing company that was used. After reaching out to McRoof, they immediately responded and quickly identified and fixed the issue. There was no squabbling about whether or not it was under warranty with the change in ownership. They went beyond the call of duty and also performed general maintenance to make sure everything was in prime shape. Both Scott and Scotty were extremely professional and courteous.
