Mr. HOOVER does excellent work and always goes the extra mile to do tasks I didnt even anticipate. He's professional and his craftsmanship is superb in all manners. If you're in search of a good contractor I would definitely recommend this company. They are fair in pricing and will tell you upfront if something is not required when other companies try to take your money and say things need to be done.
