Great Experience with Pro Roofers. Our roof started leaking. The roof had not been replaced for over 20 years. We called 2 roofing companies. The quote received from Pro Roofers was the better one. The new roof installation was seamless. We are very happy with our choice as our roof replacement company. Great job.

We had a roof installed by Pro Roofers Inc in April 2019, and we HIGHLY recommend this company. They were very responsive, timely, and professional! The work was scheduled in a reasonable time frame and was completed thoroughly.

I am extremely satisfied with how the whole procedure developed, from quoting to how the roof was done in one, yes one day including clean up. Workers showed up just on time in the morning with all they needed and were done by 5:15. Never had a better experience from a contractor. Well Done!

Extremely unprofessional organization. The roofing company was working in the neighbourhood on a SUNDAY from 9:00am until 8:00pm. First of all, working on a SUNDAY is illegal as per the City of Toronto Municipal Code: "The Noise Bylaw (Chapter 591, City of Toronto Municipal Code) permits operation of construction equipment ONLY during Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and no construction noise on Sundays and statutory holidays (amending bylaw 505-2006)." Secondly, when the company was informed that it was illegal, neighbours were told that they would keep working, making horrible noise. If the company is going to provide services, they must know the laws and obey them. There is no question. The actions of the workers was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and showed ultimate disrespect for the surrounding area. I can only imagine how horrible the clients are treated. Based on this interaction, I strongly recommend AVOIDING THIS ORGANIZATION. The City was contacted during the time and disciplinary actions are pending.
