After 5 years my roof started to leak. I called to have this company (the same company that installed it) come out and repair it. I paid $12000.00 for them to install the new roof in 2013 and the lady on the phone said that it would cost $275.00 for them to even check it out. When I had the roof over system installed I was told that it had a life time Warranty. The lady was very rude and was cursing at me after I questioned the reason for the $275 fee. In retrospect, I wished that I had went with a traditional Metal roof it would have lasted twenty years. I would not choose this company again.
