I referred a friend to this company because they were highly recommended. They quickly replaced her roof and the quality of their work was excellent. What I noticed was how clean her property was after the crews had left the home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone as they were professional, courteous and timely.

A great experience with the professionals at Western Property Services. They were helpful every step of the way, even as far as communicating with the insurance adjuster to ensure he knew there was more damage than expected. They came out immediately to mitigate the damage and followed up with us to make sure the tarps were holding. Thanks again guys!
No way could I recommend this Company. I hired them to rebuild my deck, a rather small deck 10x16, the whole process took three months and they actually had to hire someone else (an independent contractor) to do it correctly. They actually told me their crew did not know how to fix it to pass inspection. Not even sure how you could bid for business without the right people on staff. At one point I was told the foreman walked out but then they asked me if I would call him because he wanted to make it right, he wasn't going to call me I, the customer needed to call?!?! The first build, about 80% "complete" had to be totally torn out and the hired contractor rebuilt it. Additionally I think once in the whole process did Western call me with updates or information. I had to call to find out why the crew never showed. The work they did do was never going to pass inspection and even when they took down their attempt before the contractor came in they left all of the screws etc. just strewn around my back yard, the photo is from my sone after he picked them all up because he was concerned for our dog. I again had to call and got two different messages, first they didn't even know the crew had left and then they did know and were coming over with a magnet... more then four hours later. This is just an overview of my experience and I would guess the owner, if he reads this might respond with several excuses or "explanations" including something about using re-purposed decking but then again he never really took any responsibility for anything and I felt like he just wanted to avoid the whole negative experience. The only bright spot in the whole thing was the office manager, I think she was the only one in the company that really knew how to do her job. The whole experience was just not good and Kevin said he was going to send me a link to a google review because he did not want all five stars. He never did, I had to go get the review myself. I mentioned to him at one point in the process that I don't care if you mess up it's how you handle the mistake. Nothing they did (Western) made the mistake right only exasperated things, the independent contractor was the only one (ok, and the office manager) who did it right. Kevin even tried to use that comment to make it seam like they did something right at the end, sorry Kevin, it does not work that way and I am not manipulated by my own words.
