We were closing on a house and the buyers were doing their walk through the next day. There had been a hard rain fall the night before and a wet stain appeared on the ceiling. My wife saw it when she let the cleaning crew in to clean the house after we had moved our stuff out. She was very upset. I called Basit late in the day and asked him to come by and give us an estimate. He got there and saw how anxious my wife was and just fixed it - which turned out to be an issue with how the builder had incorrectly put the guttering on the roof and forcing water down to push up a ridge cap. He also got the ceiling dry and painted it so it looked like new. The buyers did their walk through the next day. They had been informed of the issue and the fix. They were satisfied with the walk through and signed off on it. Basit was extremely compassionate, professional and effective. We already plan to get quotes for painting our new house once we move in. I am careful on my recommendations, but would have no problem highly recommending him to anyone.

Personable, reliant, and hard working! The company provides quality work and take their time to answer all of your questions. The estimates are very reasonable and they work with you with regards to payments. The satisfaction of the customer with the job comes first for this company and I could not be happier with the job they did for my house. I had a lot of particular requests for how I wanted my house to be painted and they listened to every last detail. I was so impressed with their work that I asked them to work on my roof leak as well! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Tampa area

I had a leak around my chimney and called AAA RPW. The owner came out to give me an estimate and I decided to go with them. The owner was personable and down to earth, but also honest and professional which I appreciated. Sometimes you can tell how a person/company is based on your first interaction with them. They did the repair on my roof and it turned out great. I'm glad I went with a small business and would recommend them if you're in need of a roof repair.
