Beware of this company! --Their agreement said work would be completed within 10-40 days, I signed on 11/14 and work was not completed until 1/25 (a month over). --Absolutely no pictures of work were sent upon completion as requested and promised, only a bill. --When I asked for pictures, I was sent pictures of work in progress -- not completed work. --I asked the company to inspect a second level of my roof and received no report at all, so it was either ignored or not communicated. --I was told by the owner that priming of a flat roof a few days prior to installation is very important and something that sets his company apart from the competition. They either did not perform the priming or no one was informed of the priming. My tenants only saw workmen once, so they probably did not do it. --I was provided no warranty at all upon completion of the work (only the bill!!) and I had to hold payment to receive the warranty. Honestly, I hope the roof holds for a few years because I would much rather never work with this company again. Unfortunately my tenant has been sending me pictures lately because she thinks the roof looks in poor shape and worries about it. I will say that so far (for one month) there are no leaks. If you call and talk with the women who run the office you will get a false sense of competence about this business. If you talk to the owner, Tim, as other reviewers have found, you will encounter a rude man who will treat you badly. While he is being rude to you, he will talk a big game about how good his business is and tell you about how nice he is to churches. So maybe if you are a church give them a call. If you're just a homeowner, you will probably get a big headache working with this company.

This Business is very unprofessional and has very poor customer service. The experience I had was very very unprofessional. I contacted this business twice I made an appointment for a roofer to come out to give me an estimate about repairs needed to my Roof I was referred to this company from a good friend. The first time I called to set up the appointment the for December 1, 2018.Saturday came no call no show from the roofer no contact from the business. I waited all day.so I thought OK it rained in the evening after 5 that day. I just thought I will just reschedule no problem. I called Monday 12/10/18 to reschedule the no show appointment for 12/11/18 11am-12pm. I had my husband leave work to be home for this appointment. I called at 11:40 because I didn't hear from the roofer the lady was nasty on the phone she let me know it was not 12: noon pm so he didn't miss the appointment yet. I call at 12:10pm to let them know the roofer didn't show the owner answer told me they were busy and he went on google maps took pictures of my roof and would provide me a quote from the pictures. I asked they he not take pictures of my property without my permission that I wanted to find out why the roofer didn't make this appointment he yelled and screamed at me over the phone told me that he would decline the job and God Bless and hung-up. This was very unprofessional poor customer service the owner was nasty. He then still sent me a quote. 0 stars

This company has completely went downhill we used them for our roof inspections and they inspected a roof last year had them return this year for a new estimate to see if anything changed they provided me with the same estimate as last year and that is okay however I called 4 days in a row to receive photos of the roof was promised them talked to the owner asked for photos and his response was take me off your list in fact I personal believe he never returned to do the new estimate just changed the date you CANT provide a 29,000 dollar estimate without photos

Owner has poor communication with receptionists. Owner has a indifferent attitude. Made an appointment for someone to an estimate for a roof repair for this past Saturday a time window of between 8am & 2 pm was given. I called the owner directly whereas he brushed me off by saying he was in a meeting and asking me to text him my info that he took earlier in the week when he set the appointment..... They never showed up. No phonecall no email no text.
