I had a very poor experience. To setup the first inspection for an estimate, they left a voicemail on my phone indicating they'd be at my house the very next day. I was never asked if this date worked for me, but I agreed to meet. I had to call back a week later to ask for the estimate. I was told I'd receive it later that day. Never did. I called back and was routed to the main appointment scheduler. I couldn't leave a message because her "voice mailbox is full." I called back a week later and was told they're planning to visit my house the next day for the repairs. What? I had to explain that I still hadn't received the estimate. They finally emailed it an hour later, and it was triple what other companies quoted me. Avoid them.

This company is awful. I called so many times and always had somebody give me a work oder and told me that somebody would call me back. Nobody called back. After calling them back 4 times, they said somebody would be out today between 8am and 11am. So, I took the day off work to wait for them, and nobody showed up. Very, very unprofessional. I would stay clear away from them. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

If I could give zero I would. Firstly they are all about how much they can get out of your pocket. They promise a start date and then delay by basically lying. In our instance they said they were waiting on a permit which was total bull as you can get a permit within a few hours in Orange County, I had to get one personally myself the week before. Prior to them starting we had to go to there office to sign some papers however the real reason was they want to upsell us on warranty and materials, we declined. Next prior to them starting the sales person, office co-ordinator along with the superindendant agreed we were getting peel and stick underlay, after some back and forth the license holder of the company said read the contract and they were applying Rhino felt and not peel and stick. He threatened to take us to court if we did not allow him to proceed as per contract as he said everyone I spoke too denied they said they would be applying peel and stick. Four guys who hardly spoke any English came and proceeded to strip the roof. They were very polite and worked in a satisfactory manner. I went onto the roof to check if they were installing to the manufacturers reccomendation alais but they were not. They were nailing 5 nails to the left half of each shingle and 1 nail at the right. I pointed this out and the license holder told me how they were installing was right because he had checked the install himself. I spoke with the manufacturer Tamko who said that if there was wind damage to our roof the warranty would be jeapody because of the shingles were not nailed to their instructions on the wrapper. Petersen and Dean also installed a skylight that was off center which showed wood to one side. The super noted it was not right and said he would send someone to fix it. 2 weeks since that conversation and nothing. Read your contract very carefully before you sign up with this roofing company and ask them to provide you with a diagram of their materials and installation methods.
