We purchased our roofing system this year and it was exactly what we needed. We have a 1/12 pitch with virtually no way to add insulation. Your representative listened, (the only one that did) and recommended the TPO system and added a solar fan over the only attic we have. What a difference in comfort this summer. Our bedroom was finally cool enough to sleep in and this summer was hotter than any before we bought this house. The demolition of the old roof, the repairs to damaged wood and the installation of the new shingle roof and flat addition roof was done expertly and on time. The clean up was great also!
