Solid Company! All aspects of the experience were positive. I was impressed from the very beginning with their roof replacement proposal. The sales office worked with me on the price as well as giving me advice on working with my insurance company. When the initial job was complete, the foreman came out, got on the roof, and quality checked the project. After completion, C2 sent crews to my house (several times) to check, and double check for nails on the ground. C2 made sure I was satisfied with the cleanup. It is clear to me that this company prides itself on excellent workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. I very much recommend this company.

C2 did a roof and siding repair on my house. The quality of work done by the crew was excellent. The cost was very reasonable and in all of my interactions with the staff they were responsive and patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns. Even when I had some questions after the repair was completed, someone was dispatched to my house the next day to discuss with me. First, C2 did a great job on our roof, they were efficient and professional. But what really impressed me was how, after a bad wind storm, they came out and replaced some shingles that were blown off. They did this without any fuss or pushback, and demonstrated to me what a quality business they are. Its easy for a business to do their best when they are working for your money, but to do the same after they had your business really speaks to their quality.

They helped me get a bit more out of my insurance company that the adjuster missed, they showed up on time, did great work, and finished on time. Price was very competitive as well. I have had two interactions with C2 Operations. In November 2015, and again last month I had water dripping into my attic that wasn't discovered until the water reached the top floor of my townhouse.
