Hi Garrett, I’ve written so many letter to you, asking you to fix the shingles because they flapped so much whenever the wind blows. However, you never even responded to my letter. Last November, you said that you would come and fix them when it gets warmer. Almost 6 months have passed and you just didn’t show up. If you’re still not coming to our house to have the shingles fixed, I’ll send a written complaint to the Consumer Association.

After buying a house with an older roof, we found water damage in the attic. We asked multiple roofers to come out and tell us what was wrong, but most just pointed to the water stains on a rafter and said we needed a whole new roof.
