I manage some properties for my family so I've had my share of experiences with contractors. Some have been good, some have been bad, and some have been really bad. All that being said, Flood Damage Pros was great. I used their services for mold remediation in one apartment and water damage in another two. Both times, the quality of work was excellent and the customer service and communication from Steve (the owner/boss) were top notch. He was very responsive to any questions or issues I had and communicated well with the insurance companies. Can't recommend Carlos and Flood Damage Pros highly enough. Great people and great work.
