We are in the process of suing this place. Put down $2500 deposit for window replacement over a year ago...still no windows. We've been waiting for our deposit to get refunded for over 6 months, but nothing. Owner's son completely flaked out and didn't follow through on multiple jobs, and owner is unable/unwilling to refund people their money.

Absolutely terrible experience. I was going to keep it to myself but they left an enormous pile of siding, wood palettes and other materials on my back slab that I now have to pay to have hauled away before the city hauls me in to court. This is in addition to being given an unrealistic expectation of when the job would occur (it happened about two months after they said), having siding fall back off the house the next day, and generally hideous communication. At one point I think this was a legit family business but I’m pretty sure the current generation ran it into the ground.

Set up 2 appointments. They cancelled the first and didn't show up for the second. Not worth my time.

I think this company has closed. Website is down, and I have not been able to get a return phone call for warranty work that was to be done about a year ago. If they are not out of business, then they should be.
