If I had to go apartment or condo again it would be my 1st choice

It's okay. It's a good place to live and most of the time it's safe around here. But At night lately our cars are getting broken into. The association fees are ridiculous. Why do I have to pay those and pay to do "repairs" they say you need done? I don't understand. I would think twice before deciding to live here.
