Dan and his team at Raptor Roofing are terrific! They did a beautiful job on my roof. They were prompt, courteous and professional. My yard and driveway were kept clean and free from debris. Honestly, I didn't realize what a difference a roof could make in the overall aesthetics of my home. I also used their services to paint my home and re-stain my fence. Excellent work on all the projects. I highly recommend Raptor Roofing.
Super great guys, derek really made it easy. They were on my roof in no time and made it look phenomenal. Big thing with me is the bill was the same as the quote. Even after finding quite a bit more rot in my decking than expected. 100% recommend
Derek was extremely professional and made it very easy to get my roof replaced. We have had a very crazy few months with alot going on but raptor had my roof replaced in a one day turn around. They work with your schedule and make sure they have it completed on time.
I spent hours reading reviews to find the 'BEST' roofing contractor to replace our roof. Peak Roofing came highly recommended so I reached out to schedule an inspection. It took 4 days for them to respond, another 5 for Jimmy Smith to come inspect and the estimate didn't arrive for another 2 wks. They did not ask who our insurance was through. Jimmy just emailed the estimate and I forwarded it to the Adjuster who responded immediately asking where the contractor's photos of the damages were? I forwarded this to Jimmy and he responded with "I do not have any photos of hail damage to your roof. There is only evidence of some minor wind damage and what appears to be defects to your shingles. There are hail dents to your gutters, but the small size of the dents also supports the fact that it would take a much larger hail stone to cause enough bruising to warrant replacement of your roof. I would be happy to check it in the Spring of 2018 if after another few storms come through Thanks!" My husband and I were furious and figured we were completely out of luck. Then I saw some extremely positive comments on Nextdoor about Raptor Roofing. I sent them an email detailing the horror story with the previous roofing contractor at 10:51am, Dan Levin replied at 11:45am and was on our roof at 1pm. By the next morning I had an email describing two forms of damage. Most obvious was the granules detaching from the shingles in "scab" like pieces, which was likely a defect in manufacturing. The other damage was from hail and due to the amount of hail storms we've had, a strong argument could be made that the hail impact accelerated the manufacturing defects. Dan asked me to reopen our claim and would work with ASI directly. Within a week Dan had met with the field adjuster for inspection. Unfortunately the adjuster felt the roof's condition was a manufacturing defect. Dan didn't walk away like Jimmy, he went to bat for us. Dan discussed the review w/ ASI and they retained an independent field adjuster and Hancock Claims Consultants to both inspect the damages. What do ya know? Reports submitted by BOTH hired firms were strongly in favor of a full roof replacement. Even with all these hurdles we had the claim check in less than 4 weeks from the first email sent to Dan! I'm not done... Dan contacted the shingle manufacturer to discuss the reports proving the shingles were defective. Dan never even told us he was going to contact them. He just did and let us know that we were going to receive a check from the manufacturer which will help us with our deductible. I have never experienced customer service like this in my life and this is all before the roof work even started. Dan scheduled our roof replacement immediately. While removing shingles they found water damage and mold on sheathing due to the dryer duct vent not being sealed when the home was built. There was wet insulation all around the pipe and mold on the insulation. Dan's manager, Derek asked for access to the attic and fixed the vent to the roof for us. And all these years I just thought our dryer sucked at drying! Derek is one of the kindest young men we have ever met! The crew had our gorgeous roof completed the same day by 6:30pm!
I would like to give a shout out to Dan and his team at raptor roofing. Last week, when it was raining, a home owner's worst nightmare came true for us...my master bedroom roof started leaking! It's a 5 year old house which I have owned for all of 10 months! The water was leaking from the fan and sprayed the whole room. I was so worried thinking about the cause and repair costs! Next day I called Dan from raptor roofing ande was prompt to come by. Turns out we had a cracked vent. He fixed it the next day, in all of 20 minutes, and at a VERY reasonable price! He went beyond the call of duty and checked and fixed the whole roof. He also guaranteed his work and told me if there was ever a leak there, he would fix it for free. Amazing guy, and a very professional team! Call him for your roofing needs!
